How it starts

Plug in. Tap. Live.

Most agent setups die in the terminal. Clawcore ships provisioned — the only thing between the box and a working agent is a power socket and your phone.

01 · POWER

Plug it in

Power and ethernet, or Wi-Fi if you'd rather. The unit is fanless and silent, so it can live on a shelf or under a desk and simply stay on.

02 · PAIR

Tap your phone

Hold your phone to the top of the case. NFC pairs it over an encrypted relay — no ports to open, no VPN, no IP address to remember.

03 · DEPLOY

Pick an agent

Choose a preset, connect the tools it needs from the app, and it starts working. First useful task inside a minute, in our own testing.

Hermes OS

The operating system
underneath the agent.

Every Clawcore ships with Hermes OS — runtime, credentials, spend and identity already wired together. You don't assemble a stack. You turn the machine on.

Runtime

An open, auditable agent runtime with sane defaults. Sessions, retries and tool calls handled — so an agent that stalls at 3am recovers instead of waiting for you.

Passkey

240+ OAuth integrations your agent can actually use. Tokens live in the device's secure element, scoped per agent, revocable from your phone in one tap.

Gateway

Model routing and spend control in one layer. Hard ceiling per agent, itemised to the call — included in the OS, not sold back to you as a subscription.

Identity

Each agent gets its own inbox and number, so its work is attributable and separable from yours. Nothing signs anything as you unless you say so.

The hardware

Silicon chosen for one job.

Clawcore One keeps your credentials, files and browser sessions on the device, and sends inference to the cloud — so you get frontier models without a GPU in your closet. Need it fully local? That's the Pro line.

Clawcore One

Fanless, deck-of-cards sized, and built to run for years without being touched. Preset at the factory with the agent you choose, then burned in before it ships.

Your session, your network

Agents browse and act from your home or office connection — not from a datacentre IP that half the web blocks on sight. Credentials never leave the box.

Pro line

Local inference, if you want it

Clawcore Pro adds on-device models from 7B to 70B+, with Hermes OS routing each task to local or cloud automatically.

The Control

An agent you can actually work with.

Agents have no face and no front door. The Clawcore app is the one you knock on — chat with it, watch it think, approve what matters and shut it down from anywhere.

  • Its own channel — not another bot lost in your Slack
  • Push approval before a tool call runs, not after
  • Files, logs and a shell — remote, encrypted, no VPN

FAQ

Reasonable questions.

Your files, credentials and browser sessions. They live on the encrypted NVMe and never touch our servers. What does leave the device is what has to: the model calls your agent makes, the pages it browses and the emails it sends. Everything else stays where you put it.

Five to ten concurrently on Clawcore One, which is enough for a small team's worth of roles — an assistant, a business development agent, an ops watcher and a finance monitor all on one box. Heavier local-inference workloads on the Pro line trade concurrency for capability.

A chat app can't stay on, can't act while you're asleep and can't browse from your network. A mini PC can do all three — after a weekend of installing the runtime, hardening it, wiring OAuth for every tool and building yourself something to approve actions from your phone. Clawcore is that weekend, already done. If you enjoy the weekend, Hermes OS is free and we'd rather you ran it.

Clawcore One doesn't — it's a Linux machine that runs the agent locally and calls cloud models for intelligence. That's deliberate: you get frontier-quality reasoning at cloud prices without a GPU. If you need inference to stay in the building, the Pro line runs models locally and Hermes OS routes between the two automatically.

No hardware subscription, ever. Model usage is pay-as-you-go through Gateway at cost plus a small margin, or $29/month flat if you'd rather bring your own API keys. Power is about 12W idle — a few dollars a year.

It can only act inside the categories you've released and the spend ceiling you've set. Everything else is drafted and held for approval in the app. Every action is logged with its reasoning, and you can roll an agent back to any prior state.

Why this shape

Built to be forgotten about.

The best agent hardware is the hardware you stop noticing. Everything here is chosen so the machine can run for years on a shelf without a fan, a reboot or a thought.

Local execution, cloud intelligence

The agent's session, cookies, credentials and files live on the device. Only the reasoning goes out. That means your agent browses from your network like a person — not from a datacentre range that gets it blocked or captcha-walled on sight.

Silent

What it does

Four things an agent needs from you.

Attention, permission, oversight and an off switch. The app is built around those four and not much else.

Chat

Your primary channel

A dedicated conversation with each agent — not another bot buried in a Slack channel or a Telegram thread you'll mute by Thursday. You see its reasoning as it works, and you can interrupt mid-task.

  • Live reasoning, not just a final answer
  • Tool calls surface for approval before they run
  • Push notification the moment a human is needed
  • Full conversation history, searchable and on-device
Visibility

Full transparency

Everything the agent touched, from anywhere. Open the file system, read the logs, drop into a shell if you want to — the same access you'd have sitting in front of the machine.

  • Remote file browser and log viewer
  • Shell access over the encrypted relay
  • Every action timestamped and exportable
  • Roll an agent back to any prior state
Control planes

Every Hermes OS feature, in your pocket

The app isn't a viewer — it's the admin console. Every layer of the OS is configurable from it, so you never need to SSH into anything to change how an agent behaves.

  • Passkey — connect and revoke OAuth per agent
  • Gateway — spend to date, ceilings, model routing
  • Identity — each agent's inbox, number and contacts
  • Fleet — every device and agent on one screen
Tap to pair

No ports, no VPN, no config

Hold your phone to the device. NFC hands off a key, and from then on the app talks to it over an encrypted relay — whether you're on the same Wi-Fi or on the other side of the world.

  • Pairs in seconds, no IP address needed
  • Nothing exposed to the public internet
  • Relay carries ciphertext only — we can't read it
  • Unpair remotely if a phone is lost
Human in the loop

Approve before, not apologise after.

The dangerous moment in an autonomous system isn't the thinking — it's the tool call. Hermes OS pauses at that boundary for anything you haven't explicitly released, and pushes it to your phone with the reasoning attached.

  • Release categories one at a time, as trust builds
  • Edit a draft in the app instead of rejecting it outright
  • Every correction is folded back in on-device
  • One tap pauses every agent on the device

Step 02

What $599 actually buys.

Everything needed to have a working agent. There is no second invoice waiting for you after the box arrives.

The device, owned outrightNot leased, not licensed. It's yours, and it keeps working if we disappear.
Power adapter & ethernet cableIn the box. Nothing else to buy to get it running.
Hermes OS, pre-installedRuntime, Passkey, Gateway and Identity, configured and burned in for 72 hours.
The Control appiOS, Android and desktop. NFC pairing built in. No per-seat charge, ever.
Gateway, in the OSSpend limits and model routing are part of the system — not a separate subscription.
One agent preset, provisionedOps, Support, Finance or Custom — set up at the factory before it ships.
And after that

What it costs to keep running.

What you never pay

  • No hardware subscription. The device doesn't stop working if you stop paying us — because there's nothing to stop paying.
  • No seat fees. Add your whole team to the app at no cost.
  • No per-agent licence. Run one agent or ten; same price.
  • No charge for Hermes OS updates. Over the air, for the life of the device.

What you do pay

  • Cloud model usage. Pay-as-you-go through Gateway at cost plus a small margin, itemised per agent, with a hard ceiling you set.
  • Or $29/month if you'd rather bring your own API keys — Gateway still handles routing, limits and reporting.
  • Electricity. About 12W idle. Call it a few dollars a year.
  • That's the whole list.
Step 03

Three ways to run an agent.

You can do this with a chat app, with a mini PC and a free weekend, or with a machine built for it. Here's the honest version of the trade.

Returns & refunds.

Preorder hardware is a leap of faith. Here's exactly where you stand at each point, with nothing buried.

Before we charge the balance

  • Cancel any time, full deposit back. Email us and the $25 is returned — no reason required, no window to miss.
  • 7 days to review. After the confirmation email you have a week to check the address, change configuration or walk away before the balance is taken.
  • If the batch slips, we email you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund on the spot.
  • We never charge the balance silently. The confirmation email always comes first.

After it arrives

  • 14 days to return it from the delivery date, in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is on you, and there's a 15% restocking fee on the device price.
  • After 14 days it's final sale — but the 3-year warranty covers anything that fails in normal use, parts and labour.
  • Your data comes home with you. Export everything from the app before you send it back; we hold no copy to delete.
Presale FAQ

Before you put money down.

Yes, in full, right up until the balance is charged. One email is all it takes and there's no window you can miss. We'd rather hold a deposit from someone who's genuinely interested than trap someone who changed their mind.

Hardware runs are committed months ahead, and the difference between a waitlist signup and a real order is roughly ten to one. The deposit tells us how many units to actually build, which is why the batch is limited and why the preorder price is lower than the shipping price will be.

Yes. $599 and $799 are preorder prices for Batch 03. Once we're shipping from stock, both configurations go up — we'll say by how much before that happens, and anyone who preordered keeps their price regardless.

Your files, credentials and browser sessions stay on the device and never reach our servers. What leaves is only what has to: model API calls, the pages your agent browses, and the emails it sends. We hold no copy of your working data, which also means we have nothing to hand over or lose.

Five to six comfortably on the 8 GB configuration; eight to ten on the 16 GB. In practice that covers a small team's worth of roles — an executive assistant, a business development agent, an ops watcher and a finance monitor, all on one box, all day.

Not on Clawcore One. It's a Linux machine that runs the agent, its tools and its browser locally, and calls cloud models for the thinking. That's what keeps it silent, cheap and fast. If inference has to stay in the building, that's the Pro line in 2027 — and a Pro waitlist option is in the configurator above.

Hermes OS is open source and the device is unlocked hardware you own. If we vanish, your agents keep running, you can still update the OS from the public repo, and you can point Gateway straight at your own API keys. That's not a promise of longevity — it's a design decision so our longevity isn't your problem.

Yes. Order up to five in the configurator, or email sales@clawcore.ai for anything larger — fleet orders get volume pricing, SSO, a shared fleet view in the app and a named engineer for deployment.
